Return Policy

Inspection

The Customer is required to inspect the Goods on receipt of delivery.  The Goods will be deemed to have been accepted in good order unless Freshly Baked Gallery receives written notice to the contrary from the Customer within 2 days of receipt of the goods (according to shippers delivery advice).

In the unlikely event of a work being damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at info@freshlybakedgallery.com with a clear description and/or photos of the damage sustained to the work (including the damaged packaging materials if appropriate)
, and proof of delivery to your registered shipping address (shipping note).

Returns are only accepted for merchandise that has been damaged in transit. Upon delivery of a package from Freshly Baked Gallery, please be sure to check the packaging BEFORE you sign for it. If you receive a damaged package, please do not open it or sign for it, instead return it with the shipper and notify Freshly Baked Prints immediately (within 7 days of receipt). If your purchase was a print, and another edition of the damaged item is available at the time you contact us to report the damage, it will be held for you pending receipt of the returned damaged item, it will then be shipped at our cost.

In the event of an edition being sold out at the time we receive notification of a damaged item, we will do our best to provide you with an Artist Proof print form the sold out edition, or a store credit can be issued immediately to the full value of your damaged order (including shipping). 

Risk and Insurance

All Work(s) purchased on the Site are insured against loss or damage during transit with Lloyds of London. The Goods are entirely at the risk of the Customer from the moment of delivery to the Customer’s appointed address.

Cancellations

No order may be cancelled, modified or deferred without the prior written consent of Freshly Baked Gallery (which is at Freshly Baked Gallery's sole discretion).

Force Majeure

The Gallery will not be liable for any breach of contract due to any matter or event beyond the Gallery’s control (including but not limited to transport stoppages, transport breakdown, fire, flood, earthquake, acts of God, strikes, lock-outs, work stoppages, wars, riots or civil commotion, intervention or public authority, explosion or accident).
